Senior Manager, Channel Operations

Location: Remote, UK

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Channel Operations will evolve and drive an optimized channel partner strategy to support the delivery of business growth. Will be accountable for the identification, onboarding, and management of key partners

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering, and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
  • Understand, recommend, and implement channel enablement tools to improve efficiency and increase scale.
  • Work with cross-functional organizations within Epicor to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals.
  • Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs and challenges.
  • Own planning, analytics, and data management for sales planning including productivity analysis, attainment, quotas, capacity, and staffing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong program management, facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
  • Experience working with senior-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills.


  • 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 5+ years managing and developing employees (Sr Manager only)
  • 4+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
