About The Role:
Epicor is currently seeking a Sr. FP&A Manager within the FP&A team to support the “Technology” teams within Epicor and its respective leaders (CIO, CTO, SVP of Professional Services). This is a new role being created to support the ongoing continuous growth of Epicor. This role report to Sr. Director of FP&A who is based in Dublin, CA office. This role will manage multiple Austin, TX based Financial Analysts.

We’re looking for someone who can balance strong business partnership with analytical thinking and modeling; someone who is meticulous about drilling down and understanding data, a self starter, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys collaborating with diverse and talented people.

What You’ll Do: 
Budgeting and forecasting - Build and own annual and long-term financial plans. Drive monthly/quarterly headcount and expense forecast cycle, ensuring accurate projections, appropriate level of reporting, analysis, and communication. Professionally present monthly and quarterly financial packages, providing qualitative financial analysis around key performance indicators.
Business partnering - Develop trusted relationships with and be the primary Business Finance point of contact for several VP-level leaders. Collaborate with leaders to provide the visibility they need to make key business decisions
Business performance reporting - Develop & communicate enhanced insights on business performance and spend effectiveness
Business processes - Become acquainted with business/financial processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement with cross-functional teams
Lead or participate in special projects (e.g. M&A integration) and creation of ad hoc reports/analysis

What You Need to Succeed: 
Ability to analyze large amounts of data and present in a meaningful manner
Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
Ability to work in a team environment and cross functionally
Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed to meet deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Required Skills and Experience: 
10+ years progressive roles in Corporate Finance
5+ years managing and developing employees 
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
