Strategic Partnership Representative

About the Role: 

 

The Strategic Partnership Representative identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities. Develops and manages alliance/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of customer accounts 

 

What You’ll Do: 

·               Develops business relationships with Epicor partners to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities 

·               Attends tradeshows from/with Epicor partners to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities 

·               Works cross functionally with Product Development and Product Marketing to develop resources for Epicor partners to help them introduce Epicor products 

·               Provide timely support to account’s internal projects involving Epicor products to ensure successful delivery of the solution 

 

What You Need to Succeed: 

·               Strong written and verbal communication skills 

·               Be able to build and develop relationships throughout the partners organization, as well as within Epicor 

·               Strong problem-solving skills 

·               Be able to develop strategic goals and metrics for each partner 

·               Good negotiation skills for contract discussions and overall management of the partner 

 

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 

·               3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 

·               Sales into strategic accounts 

·               Knowledge of the hardware / home center independent retail channel  

·               Understanding of point of sale / ERP business systems 

·               Bachelor’s degree preferred
