About the Role:

The Supvisor leads  a  group  of  Desktop  and  Cloud  Support team  members  with  the  purpose  of  providing  technical  support  for users  of  the  organization  technical  products,  systems,  software, hardware or applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Directly supervise a group of IT Support team members, direct the team's work and hold accountable for tasks.
  • Provides guidance, direction, and/or assistance to staff on high-priority or challenging projects and assignments.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to identify gaps or problems with existing processes.
  • Solve more complex IT problems as required and serve as point of contact for escalations.
  • Assist the team as a whole in improving processes, documenting policies and project management.
  • Perform system analysis and provide expert advice and comprehensive and affordable solutions to management and other groups to meet business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and expert advice to management team or other groups on technical, systems-related, or process-related topics.

7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

2+ years managing and developing employees.

2+ years of specialized/industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
