About the Role:

A Senior Systems Operations Analyst evaluates, implements, administers and maintains existing or proposed network, telecom, storage, cloud etc systems, as well as provide mentorship to other members of the Systems Operations Team. As a member of our global support team you will aim for excellence and efficient resolutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoots systems and provide support for escalations.
  • Support systems and software from various vendors either in-person or throughout of band access technologies.
  • Anticipates and mitigates system issues by recommending improvements.
  • Materially contribute to multiple concurrent projects with various development and product groups.
  • Clearly document the design, maintenance and support procedures for routine tasks in order to leverage Tier 1 Support.

  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success / knowledge.
  • 3+ years of specialized / industry experience.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Customer service and/or application support experience, minimum 1 year
  • ERP software experience (end user or experience working for a software vendor)
