About the Role:
The Technical Application Specialist diagnoses, troubleshoots and documents core software and data issues. This role also creates customer facing knowledge documentation. 

What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills: Communicate and collaborate with peers, customers and upper management.
Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or correct system or software failures through customer-centric interpersonal skills and providing product knowledge.
Stays up-to-date with software updates and/or changes to be able to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers. 
Creates customer facing and internal knowledge documents. 
Addresses concerns brought up by other departments such as customer experience or sales. 

What You Need to Succeed:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications or analytical tools.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Experience in customer support.
Accounting background and experience.
Inventory Management experience.
Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes
Database administration, installation, and configuration experience

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
SaaS or e-Commerce experience.
ERP experience.
