This position is responsible for providing consulting service using the Epicor Tools & Products. Consulting services are provided to customers via telephone and through Epicor’s web-based support application as well as onsite.


  • Gather requirements and Prepare Technical and Design Specifications
  • Configure Epicor products as per the needs of the customer
  • Install the product and deploy the configurations on to customer environment.
  • Invest time in learning the customer’s business to ensure a successful implementation 
  • Conduct end-user and administration training as the software backend subject matter expert 
  • Track all user issues and inquiries, maintaining close contact as you guide customers to a successful launch 
  • Maintain expertise of the products you serve through knowledge sharing, training, and mentorship 
  • Fluent in English language, with the ability to document tasks performed in a clear defined manner.
  • Dependable and punctual with ability to follow issue at hand and perform duties accordingly.   This is not a position for someone looking for documented steps of 1, 2, 3 etc.  Individual will need to be able to think a problem through and do some troubleshooting if required.


·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Information Systems or related field.

·       Should have Business Analysis skills

·       Position requires very good business communication

·       Working knowledge of SQL

·       Knowledge of ERP systems /functionality is a plus

·       Programming experience in C#, .Net, SSRS Reports or any other programming language is a plus

  • 2 – 4 years of customer facing experience
