The Role:

Our product configurators automate the design and quote process for custom products, and our 3D visualization products help raise conversion rates for E-Commerce companies around the world.

Our virtual office model requires an experienced professional who ideally has a background in 3D visualization products.  

Working in a small team of highly skilled sales professionals the Senior Territory Sales Manager will help grow our business in Europe by identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities and ensuring new regular recurring revenue continues to be generated.

 You will be responsible for selling Epicor 3D visualization products to small medium and large companies. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. You will participate in the development of presentations and sales propositions. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

Your vibrant personality and flair for communication, accountability, and teamwork, drives you towards success. You are skillful in navigating complex sales environments and will be comfortable collaborating with internal and external teams to present a strong proposition that not only meets but exceeds the customer expectations.

You will be comfortable with periodic travel to customer sites across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop business plans that include strategy and profit goals
  • Will work with Marketing on executing plans/campaigns that generate quality leads and interest in our products
  • You are self-motivated and will source and qualify new business leads independently and through partners/networks
  • Contact/visit potential customers to understand their needs and business goals, then work to secure their trust and provide them with the appropriate product set 
  • Run sales engagements from introductory demos to workshops through to order
  • Work closely with Presales to ensure absolute alignment and a deep technical understanding of customers’ requirements
  • Manage the complete sales process
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities in a defined territory

  What You Need to Succeed: 

  • Strong consultative solutions sales skills which must include the ability to articulate a clear, concise, ROI.
  • You are goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level of your defined target markets.
  • Experience selling enterprise application software solutions such as CPQ, CRM, ERP and PLM.
  • Ability to work on multiple deals simultaneously  
  • Ability to travel across Europe
  • Must be confident in speaking and writing in English to business level
  • Can demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experienced in working with companies of all sizes
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter, confident, hardworking, articulate
  • Thrives in an extremely busy multitasking environment and can adjust and re-adjust to changing priorities all the time
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Sales or business-related degree

Skills That Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience of selling enterprise software e.g., CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • A 2nd European language in French would be most desirable
  • Experience in 3D or CAD environments
