About the Role:
The Treasury Analyst will proactively and creatively manage broad ranging treasury functions, cash & banking needs of the business, and serve as a collaborative cross-functional business partner, while following Epicor’s policies & procedures.

What You’ll Do:
Own cash balance reporting, cash forecasting and debt/financial instrument tracking through GTreasury system.
Manage accurate daily reporting of global cash balances, cash receipts and cash forecasting.
Manage daily cash management function for the Americas to make sure entities meet their financial obligations, intercompany balances are settled, and excess cash is invested efficiently. 
Assist with managing corporate debt facility including set up of monthly and quarterly payments, weekly reduction/investment notices and payments. 
Track and record intercompany settlement payments.
Participate in regular global cash repatriation calls, planning for intercompany cash movements, and reviews of foreign exchange exposures.
Act as administrator and signor on US/Canada bank accounts.  Add/delete users and audit users for compliance with controls.
Maintain accurate listing of global bank accounts and signors.  Manage KYC and other documentation requests from banking partners.
Review and release payments, sign checks, and set up Treasury wires.
Review monthly bank fees for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
Respond to audit requests.
Collaborate with Accounting and IT on payment automation projects and integration of banking system to the ERP system.
Assist with integration of Treasury functions for acquisitions.
Cross train and assist with corporate insurance, FX, and other treasury tasks. 
Participate in special projects as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
Experience with GTreasury or other Treasury Management System preferred, but not required.
Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter. 
Strong project management skills.
Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Effective communication, analytical, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and execute task specific projects with minimal direct supervision.
Outstanding attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
