Epicor Careers: Can you share your growth story and how you reached at the level you are today?
Cassandra Saxton: I started in February of 2013 as a business development representative for manufacturing. I was quickly promoted to a field marketing specialist within manufacturing. While working as a marketing specialist, I worked with online programs, email campaigns, live events, and tradeshows. When I started looking to expand my career, the manager of the inbound manufacturing business development team utilized all of my past experience in marketing and business development. I am now able to manage the team that follows up on all of field marketing's activities with an understanding of how they are obtained and the job itself.
Epicor Careers: How do you find the motivation and time to learn and stay current? Or, what motivates you to learn?
Cassandra Saxton: Knowledge is power. Knowledge is confidence. The best thing about Epicor is the opportunity to learn something new every single day. The foundation of my drive for success is knowledge.
