My team, Customer Success Management, works hard to improve cross-functional lines of communication and continuous process improvement. We want to make sure we are collaborating well with teams across Epicor. When we all communicate clearly and effectively, we’re able to better understand and quickly address the needs of our customers.
The CSM team has grown, protected and retained revenue for all their managed portfolio accounts. They’ve created and delivered unified, 1 Epicor account strategies to help customers achieve their business objectives. Most importantly, while working with their managed accounts to help achieve their business objectives, they’ve helped to identify seven process improvements for the benefit of all customers!
Outside of Epicor, I’m a huge soccer (the real football) fan. I’ve played my entire life and still play on two teams today. In my off time, you can catch me cheering on my favorite team Liverpool, and watching Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga. I love our #EpicGiving program and as an avid soccer fan and player still, I participate in the Orlando City Soccer Foundation annual foot-golf charity event. We bring soccer to underserved communities with a holistic approach to health and wellness. We accomplish this by providing free soccer programming, investing in safe places to play, and focusing on urban gardens and access to healthy food choices."
