Epicor Careers: Can you share your growth story and how you reached at the level you are today?

Daniel Tomcala: I joined Epicor in 2007 as a business development representative based in Bratislava, Slovakia, but focused on the UK market. I’ve always wanted to work in marketing—that’s what I also studied at university, so since day one my goal was to move to the Epicor marketing department. The opportunity came after ten months in the company when I was offered a marketing assistant position and relocated to the UK. Since then I’ve held a number of marketing roles, including running field marketing for central Europe but also working on developing global campaigns. Thanks to this, I had exposure to practically every area of B2B marketing and have grown into my current role. As my biggest interest was always in digital marketing, currently I’m managing digital programs for Epicor outside of the Americas.
