About the Role:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Epicor clients and connect with key business stakeholders while building on existing relationships. You will be the liaison between your customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery and adoption of our visionary enterprise software solutions based on your customer’s growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
Heavy prospecting for qualified buyers
Pursue all qualified prospects via cold calling
40-70 calls per day
Schedule and perform web demonstrations
Keep an organized calendar of calls
Close prospects over the phone
Complete contracts and shop profiles
Possess a strong willingness to do whatever it takes to stand out among the best
What You Need to Succeed:
1-2 years of heavy cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience
Must be competitive, passionate and aggressive to meet and exceed sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment as well as independently
Excellent Time management skills and the ability to multitask
Proficient with Microsoft Suite products. Presence and knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Ability to ‘think on your feet’ in order to creatively solve our customers’ business needs
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree or other educational degree
Experience with Lumber/Building Material
