About the Role:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Epicor clients and connect with key business stakeholders while building on existing relationships. You will be the liaison between your customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery and adoption of our visionary enterprise software solutions based on your customer’s growth goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Heavy prospecting for qualified buyers

  • Pursue all qualified prospects via cold calling

  • 40-70 calls per day

  • Schedule and perform web demonstrations

  • Keep an organized calendar of calls

  • Close prospects over the phone

  • Complete contracts and shop profiles

  • Possess a strong willingness to do whatever it takes to stand out among the best

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of heavy cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience

  • Must be competitive, passionate and aggressive to meet and exceed sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment as well as independently

  • Excellent Time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products. Presence and knowledge of Social Media Marketing

  • Ability to ‘think on your feet’ in order to creatively solve our customers’ business needs

  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree or other educational degree

  • Experience with Lumber/Building Material
