Responsible for developing long-term relationships with each of your assigned customers - connect with key decision makers, stakeholders, and executives inside these customers. Work with the customers to ensure our products are being utilized effectively and efficiently. Identify organic revenue growth opportunities year over year. Provide timely support to internal projects involving Epicor products to ensure successful delivery of the solution.
Lead contact for customer
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer’s organization
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of programs to both Epicor Automotive Management and key customer stakeholders
Develop key customer meeting schedule with customer, hold meetings, get appropriate Epicor resources to meeting, document and follow up on action items
Develop key goals and metrics for each customer
Identify and grow revenue opportunities (white space)
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Document management – contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable), etc.
Travel up to 20% of the time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to build and develop relationships throughout the customers organization
Strong problem solving skills
Be able to develop strategic goals and metrics for each customer
Good negotiation skills for contract discussions and overall management of the customer
Automotive Aftermarket experience is a plus
