Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose:


As Specialist, Global Campaigns you help coordinate the development and localization of global demand generation campaigns and programs. You work with the global campaigns, field marketing and Demand Center team members to get campaigns executed in a timely manner, following brand standards and best practices. You work diligently to ensure that project deadlines are met, and coordinate the tracking of performance KPIs to improve the performance of global campaigns.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with global campaigns, field marketing and marketing services team members to coordinate project requests

- Managing the translations of multi-lingual marketing assets & tactics to support integrated marketing campaigns

- Communicating effectively with regional marketing teams to ensure effective review and approval of translations

- Localization of all campaign assets & tactics from translation to creation to final finished article. Including:

o Management of the entire process including raising Easy Project brief

o Liaising with regional marketing teams for reviews and approval

o Hosting final asset on website, hub pages, landing pages, EDA and MRC

- Management of all hub and LP campaign requirements including:

o Raising Easy Project brief

o Liaising with regional marketing teams for reviews and approval

o Hosting final assets on appropriate pages

o Testing, setting up tracking and measurement of these pages

- Help maintain content asset tracker in order to successfully provide all relevant stakeholders with insight into global campaigns and developed content

- Manage the global address, contact details and disclaimer master database for creative services

- Utilize the latest project management and on-line translation tools

- Liaising with marketing operations to post campaign content on Zift on a regular basis

- Web site localization as and when required, including all localization of assets, and any on-line property such as web banners etc. relating to the website

- Attend and manage virtual stakeholder meetings as required

- Liaise with budget manager and provide costs for translations via Cloudwords

- Managing external agencies and vendors as necessary to fulfill responsibilities


The ideal candidate has

- 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, campaign development and demand generation environment, preferably in the software industry or with B2B marketing experience

- Previous hands-on experience with marketing and sales systems (Salesforce.com, Marketo, CloudWords, project management tools)

- Experience working in a global company and coordinating and aligning work in a multi-national environment

- Strong written and oral English communication skills

- Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and other MS Office tools

- Strong attention to detail, focus on quality, and demonstrated time management skills
