- Build relationships and maintains communication with international field marketing teams across the globe to assess digital media needs and develop campaigns to meet program, budget and lead goals
- Partners with fellow digital media team members on recommendation for full digital media strategy including paid search, paid social and display advertising (display, video, native, audio) through account-based marketing programs or programmatic buying strategies
- Analyze campaign PPC performance and make statistically smart, relevant optimizations
- Produces reports, analysis and insights to improve campaign performance
- Proactively manages accounts to ensure strong performance including but not limited to keyword management, bidding strategies, campaign structure, A/B testing, content, and landing page optimization
- Manages vendor relationships with Acquisio, Google, Bing, YouFind, SEMrush, etc.
- Maintain flexible work schedule to meet business needs and work with teams across the globe
- Strong analytical skills with genuine excitement for campaign performance
- Expert level experience creating, implementing and B2B paid search (PPC, SEM, GDN programs)
- Exceptional skills in building strategy and reporting results through Tableau, Google Data Studio, MS PowerPoint or other reporting tools
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of work including 100 search campaigns, across 150 countries, in a variety of industries with a significant budget, while meeting deadlines
- Understand B2B sales cycle and be held accountable to build high-quality leads. Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
- Lead with service mindset to be responsive and agile for any shifts in budget or focus
- Must be driven by continuous improvement
- Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint)
- Google Adwords Certification
