Junior Business Development Representative (Lead Generation – Enterprise Software)

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Associate to join our team based in our European Head Quarters in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their B2B technology marketing sales career. Working in a global software organisation you will get involved in all aspects of business development including new lead generation, brand building, and communications.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Contacting key decision-makers in a variety of medium-sized businesses to generate interest in our solutions.
Responding quickly and effectively to inbound leads.
Nurturing interested contacts to the point that they are ready to pass to the sales team as a qualified opportunity.
Keeping the CRM system updated with key information.
As the Junior Business Development Associate you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to move in to technology sales.
Related Degree or equivalent.
Outbound calling experience.
Previous experience with the industry.

In your Business Development Representative role, you’ll show just how much you know about the sales process. This means helping with customer engagement by offering compelling solutions. Setting the tone for the entire Epicor relationship and buying experience. It also means being the voice of Epicor, building awareness and sharing our success with potential customers.

In your role, you’ll also identify quality sales opportunities for Territory Managers. You’ll learn customer budgets, stakeholders and timelines. Needs and challenges will be discovered, allowing you to develop strategies and use your multitude of talents to get customers through the sales process.
