Customer Account Manager (ERP or Enterprise Software)

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Due to expansion a Customer Account Manager is required to work with our mid market customers focusing on our ERP, distribution & warehouse solutions

Person Profile: A proactive sales professional able to work effectively under pressure and with enthusiasm, determination, stamina, resilience and patience. This person will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience within a dynamic software sales team.

Responsibilities will include:-

Managing the customer base through professional account management
Meeting revenue targets• Forecasting product requirements and business potential as accurately as possible
Maximizing customer penetration
Developing strong relationships with direct customers and named key accounts
Implementing sales strategy and various sales promotions in the market

• Excellent understanding of commercial business processes and account management
• An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
• Excellent understanding and ability in following a structured sales process
• Awareness of current trends in IT, specifically in the ERP or Enterprise arena
