As our Senior Sales Development Team Manager, you are self-motivated and self-driven sales professional with outstanding business development skills. Your main role will be to oversee a regional team of 16 business developers including 3 direct reports; to generate new business and cultivate leads for our Field Sales Team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end business development process including planning and building the sales pipeline that contribute to the success of our Field Sales Team across the international region (EMEA/APAC).

With a proven track record in achieving targets over consecutive years with the same employer, you will develop, coach and mentor a high performing skilled team towards YOY success.

What You’ll Do:
You will plan and directs the work of the Business Development Team.
Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the Business Development Team.
Manages the overall creation of campaigns on budget, on time, and on target.
Implements tactics to continuously improve lead volume and quality across multiple channels.
Collaborates with agencies and other marketing team members to ensure world-class marketing materials are produced including ads, web content, emails, graphics, and videos.
Develops and delivers breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns that attract new buyers through both digital and face to face channels.
Tracks, measures, and report campaign performance against key business drivers.
Work to identify root cause of program performance issues and drive action plans for continual improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
As an inspiring leader you will have experience managing a Lead Generation or Sales Team with a track record of growth
Previous Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation experience
Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Skills that will set you apart:
Experience of managing teams outside of the UK
Deep understanding of sales pipelines & Marketing demand generation
