- Part or newly CIPD qualified
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes, driving implementation and streamlining
- Strong written and oral skills
- Well organised and a team player, able to develop relationships at all levels
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a sense of urgency are priorities
- Flexible in approach, able to manage a challenging workload and prioritise
- Strong MS skills (excel / word)
- Knowledge of payroll practices would be beneficial but not essential
