Then you are the leader we are looking for to lead our International Field Marketers and help to catapult Epicor to become the global leader in business software in the markets and geographies we serve.

We are seeking a leader who is genuinely passionate about and expert in driving revenue through intelligent, sustained, integrated, omni-channel demand generation programs that yield quality, predictable pipeline generation and aggressive bookings growth. This leader is a data-driven marketer who is adapt at defining strategic and targeted data-driven solutions that yield measurable results, and continuously calibrates to and exceeds all of our peer B2B marketing benchmarks.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborates with key stakeholders to define and direct our International Field Marketing and Demand Generation strategies, plans and programs that both complement our corporate strategy and enable our International sales and channel teams to achieve bookings growth targets across our EMEA and APAC sub-regions.

Delivers repeatable, sustainable and predictable marketing-generated pipeline to bookings forecast and growth in key global regions.

Leads and manages our International Field Marketing talent and investments, including:

o Owns and implements all international field marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and evaluation through optimization.

o Proactively manages our marketing investments to generate pipeline using industry best practices for B2B SaaS marketing and customer acquisition with a heavy emphasis on outcomes and ongoing end-to-end execution optimization from top of funnel through bookings

o Builds upon and improves the efficacy of our successful and impactful integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that reduce friction (either buyer or internal) and /or accelerate pipeline velocity

o Drives ongoing improvement and optimization of our customer acquisition mix to decrease both the effort and cost of customer acquisition cost

o Develops and implements campaign management including track and reporting to analyze effectiveness

o Leads the development and execution of our channel marketing strategy, plans and programs that enables Epicor to realize our channel bookings targets

o Leads and inspires our International Field Marketers across EMEA and APAC inclusive of recruitment, talent management, coaching and development

Drives performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels and techniques

Works with the Marketing Technology and Operations function, in assessing, selecting and influencing the marketing technologies, processes and systems, including database management, segmentation, data cleansing etc.

Planning, reporting and budgeting within monthly, quarterly and annual cycles

Partners extremely closely with leadership across product development, product marketing, corporate marketing & sales

Contributing to the whole of the global marketing team’s development

What You Need to Succeed:

10-15+ years B2B Marketing experience (Ideally ERP / Enterprise Software)

10+ years of people management

Proven business and strategic thinker

Strong business and financial acumen to understand the business from a market, P&L and general management perspective

Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, collaboration, partnership and negotiation skills

Experience driving operational scale through systems, processes, automation, etc. to create scalable, repeatable, and efficient practices

Advanced consumer/advanced knowledge of employing analytics to inform business strategies, tactics and outcomes

Advanced knowledge of best practices, including new approaches

Expert-level with marketing automation (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred), email marketing, marketing analytics

Proven experience in: Best-in-class lead nurturing programs; Digital advertising’ ABM programs

Oversees activities that feed into the above, across content & email, display advertising, retargeting, SEM marketing, webinars, third-party advertising and partnerships, and content customization.

Proven management experience leading and inspiring distributed teams to achieve extraordinary business results

Additional Skills / Experience That Could Set You Apart:

Experience at scale valued - team management, company revenue and employee size, international dimensions

5+ years working in SaaS

Experience working in sales roles or small early stage startups both valued

MBA

5+ years channel marketing experience
