Reporting to the International Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for driving revenue goals and delivering key initiatives across UK & Ireland for our key vertical markets.

Key Tasks

Coach and mentor to develop a highly productive sales team

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Define and set sales strategy for team, and work closely with direct reports to ensure proper implementation, follow-up, and follow-through of strategy

Successfully manage and engage the team in professional and field engineering services sales and solution selling involving compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis

Execute sales process and strategy for new and existing customers

Develop strong long-term industry and client relationships that will cultivate business opportunities

Interface regularly with customers and prospective customers to discuss their needs and the long-term value of Epicor

Act as executive leader to the customer, providing corporate resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Provide sales forecasting, pipeline development, and maintain the operating budget

Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans:

o Develop customer relationships

o Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis

Execute against the major steps of the sales process:

o Find new business opportunities

o Qualify new opportunities, and close new business

Required Skills
Experience managing an enterprise software sales organization
Experience working for an ERP / Enterprise Software / SaaS vendor or large reseller
Experience and success in selling services (consulting, managed services, cloud, support, education)
Proven sales quota attainment track record
Proven new business development skills
Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
High comfort level and presence with senior retail, distribution, and manufacturing executives
Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship skills

Inspirational leader with proven success motivating teams in the midst of change
Able to articulate the “why” and influence the “how” the sales team will be transformed
Creative with new ideas that will take the sales team into the future
Have passion and energy that are contagious
Systemically understand the big picture
Open the organization to different ways of seeing the total company and the importance of the sales role within the business
Driven to mentor the organization and grow talent from within
Server as role model within organization, and systematically establish role models throughout the sales organization
