About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Exec, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Epicor clients and connect with key business stakeholders while building on existing relationships. You will be the liaison between your customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery and adoption of our visionary enterprise software solutions based on your customer’s growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
• You will be responsible for delivering revenue quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Introduce new product offerings and functionalities to your customer base, keeping them up to speed on our latest product enhancements and new releases
• Understand and articulate complex business issues and explain how Epicor technology will address and resolve them
• Develop long-term relationships within your customer’s leadership team based on trust and accountability
• Self-generation of leads through social selling and leveraging your own network, while also following up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
