Inside Sales Executive

Location: Germany (Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf)

About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Exec, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Epicor clients and connect with key business stakeholders while building on existing relationships. You will be the liaison between your customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery and adoption of our visionary enterprise software solutions based on your customer’s growth goals.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for delivering revenue quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Introduce new product offerings and functionalities to your customer base, keeping them up to speed on our latest product enhancements and new releases
Understand and articulate complex business issues and explain how Epicor technology will address and resolve them
Develop long-term relationships within your customer’s leadership team based on trust and accountability
Self-generation of leads through social selling and leveraging your own network, while also following up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
What You Need to Succeed:
You are goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota (2+ years)
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
You are customer-focused and have a keen ability to form long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
2+ years of proven account management or another relevant sales experience
2+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree or other educational degree
Experience with Manufacturing
