About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing sets the direction and plans for cohesive paid digital media programs globally. Develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes the company's paid digital campaigns. Manages a team of digital experts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manages internal team that runs day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns globally not limited to PPC, display, retargeting, LinkedIn paid programs, and other social channels

  • Plans, manages, and executes paid media programs including but not limited to; keyword (ppc), retargeting, display, and social

  • Manages, negotiates, and supervises all media buys through bid management platform, programmatic vendors, social platforms or other partners

  • Proactively manages accounts to ensure strong performance including but not limited to; keyword management, ad copy, landing page content, bidding strategies, campaign structure, and A/B testing

  • Manages global budget for all paid media programs, ensures budgets are spent effectively in the right channels/programs

  • Provides advertising best practices across all digital channels, reviews ad copy, ad creative and landing pages to ensure quality and effectiveness

  • Maintains strong vendor partnerships and ensures vendors are meeting SLAs and KPI goals

  • Proactively brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and tactics to increase audience reach, engagement and lead generation. Identifies best practices and emerging trends.

  • Creates KPIs based on company goals and channel objectives. Optimizes programs and reports against the KPIs.

  • Ensures performance reports are delivered to cross functional partners and leadership

  • Mentors team members to achieve targeted performance KPIs and provides guidance on optimization across all digital buying platforms/partners

  • Maintains flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs

Additional Skills/Experience That Could Set You Apart

  • Proven experience managing complex, audience targeted paid media programs for brand awareness and lead generation through PPC, retargeting, display, LinkedIn, and Facebook at a global scale

  • Strong segmentation experience and media campaign development targeting prospect journey and other acquisition objectives

  • Experience managing bid management platforms and programmatic media buying

  • Has strong understanding of lead nurturing and sales process to ensure quality inquiry through the funnel

  • Strong analytical approach to acquisition including lead funnel metrics, content effectiveness, and campaign performance

  • Proven experience managing results-oriented and data-driven digital marketing teams

  • Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational skills, detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency

  • Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Self-starter/hands-on approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

  • Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with CRM specifically


  • 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in building paid media programs across user journey, media buying direct and through programmatic partners
  • 4+ years working in a paid media agency
  • 4+ years of globally B2B paid media program management
  • 5+ years managing and developing employees
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA is a plus
