Role Summary/Purpose:
Epicor is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to be responsible for the design, development, support and implementation of reporting solutions. Working with a high performance team, the Reporting Analyst will help drive the successful implementation and support of key ERP reports for business users to make critical business decisions. Ideal candidates will be seasoned professionals with extensive experience supporting ERP reporting applications, working with external vendors for support, installing updates and one-off patches to systems, writing complex SQL, T-SQL, ETL using SQL Jobs and SSIS. Experience with SSRS and Noetix reporting tools is a huge plus.
The primary tools used in this position are SSRS and Noetix against SQL Server and Oracle databases. The data primarily is coming from Epicor ERP, Softrax, and Getpaid applications, so any background with these data models will be very helpful.
High-energy full-time individual to support our internally used ERP applications. The person in this role will wear many hats: SSRS and Noetix application support, report developer, business analyst, and some light server support. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, have a strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and have a customer centric attitude.
Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include taking support calls from our ticketing system, working the issue from beginning to completion, excellent troubleshooting techniques, document processes, working closely with ERP business users and 3rd party vendors to perform installation/deployments to servers. The position is a critical role within our company; a liaison between the departments. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
- Microsoft SQL Server, complex SQL, T-SQL
- Understanding of Financial and/or Supply Chain processes
- Experience with SSRS, Noetix, Epicor ERP, or SSIS is a huge plus
