- Requests are logged in the system and worked by the Business Operations Agents or assigned to other people within the company May prepare reports on response time, number of calls, etc.
- Maintains customer address and name records in the customer data base.
- Manages individually assigned work queue in CRM
- Processes returned mail.
What You Need to Succeed:
Demonstrates AWESOME customer service.
Must speak English proficiently
Must be flexible and able to work 8 hours (normally) within 8:00am-5:00pm CST timeframe.
Computer skills should include Word, Excel, Outlook, and other ERP experience is preferred as well.
