Role Summary/Purpose:

The IT Client Support Services Intern will play the role of assisting the general operation of the IT support department, which plays a key role enabling the Epicor employees to perform their task and duties effectively. This by providing and maintaining the IT related equipment and services used by the employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (PCs, Laptops and printers).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software (MS Widows OS, MS Office, and company proprietary software tools).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity (LAN, WLAN, WAN, ISP).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony (IP telephony and mobile telephony).
  • Setup conference rooms for special events (install network ports, power outlets, WLAN, etc.)
  • Assist on IT related administrative tasks (hardware inventory, tickets management, operation reports)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Student of any IT related career 6th semester and ahead.
  • Experience on IT support is preferred but not mandatory.
