Epicor utilizes state-of-the art software systems to produce sales quotes of its ERP products. These systems enable users to configure and price highly complex sales proposals. Corporate Sales Operations has ownership of these tools. The Sales Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements for purposes of designing these tools; creating all processes and policies that govern the use of the tools; providing training and business support for said tools to all users and for the maintenance and administration of the tools.
In addition, the Analyst is responsible for the gathering of business requirements, design, implementation, administration and business support of the Salesforce.com application.
The Sales Analyst is also responsible for the execution of any other processes or procedures absorbed by Corporate Sales Operations, whether in a temporary, transitional or permanent basis. This may include contract execution or migration/upgrade mappings.
In addition, the Sales Analyst may be required to cross-train on and execute tasks owned by Corporate Sales Operations’ peer groups, which may include order processing, product registration or licensing.
