Role Summary/Purpose:

Responsible for the support of the sales organization and the interfacing with customers prior to and/or after the sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions and departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and the customer. Provide information and administrative procedures for quoting and processing orders and services. Report sales cycle information to management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the support of the sales organization and the interfacing with customers prior to and/or after the sale.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions and departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and the customer.
  • Provide information and administrative procedures for quoting and processing orders and services. Report sales cycle information to management.
  • Interact with customers, sales representatives and internal staff at all levels with a high level of professionalism

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an Associate’s/ Bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university with a major or minor in Sales or Business.
  • Student must be able to provide proof of their current college or university prior to starting assignment
  • Computer skills to include Word, Excel and email
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, outgoing, high energy personality that is entrepreneurial
  • A multi-tasker, proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow- through attitude
  • Work well in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Requires proficiency with PC software applications, spreadsheets, E-Mail and other job associated applications/systems to expediently process work.
  • Requires good organization skills to produce quality work, within required specifications, to meet tight schedules.
