- Customer Service Experience 2- 3 years – Call center environment experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and detail oriented.
- ERP software experience – Preferably in Epicor 9, Vantage or Vista
- AR, AP and General Ledger
- Inventory/Work In Process
- Financial Reporting/Statements
- General Ledger account reconciliation
- Job Costing
- Fix Assets
- Multi-company consolidations
- Financial business flow knowledge and experience.
- Accounting/Business/Finance degree
- Experience giving support by telephone and use of remote support with WebEx to provide a resolution to the end user.
- Responsible for documenting the replication path and working with product development on behalf of the customer.
- Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment.
- Acts as a liaison between end user and appropriate internal resources.
- Attends on-going training sessions to ensure a higher level of technical and application knowledge is achieved.
