As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst works with Sales Management to ensure that Epicor’s Salesforce.com instance is used efficiently for sales forecasting and pipeline management. This includes creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, fields, workflows, etc. as necessary. In addition, the Sales Operations Analyst would learn and maintain the Clari forecasting tool used in conjunction with Salesforce.com. Finally, the Sales Operations Analyst would assist with compilation of information for QBR’s, special projects and other ad hoc reporting requests.
Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast. Work closely with Sales Finance to ensure a clear view as to sales projections in relation to the annual plan.
Create and maintain SFDC reports, dashboards and fields used for Sales forecasting. Suggest and implement SFDC improvements as necessary.
Learn the Clari forecasting tool. Assist with the development of Clari as the primary source of the Sales forecast. Also assist with Clari administration.
Maintain Value Exchange Workshop tracking in SFDC.
Ad hoc reporting projects as required.
This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

Self-starter; ability to perform consistently with low levels of direction, desire to self-learn technical skills, who can maintain extreme attention to detail, & ensure timely, accurate execution of assigned tasks.
Strong SFDC skills including creating reports, dashboards, fields and workflows.
Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work autonomously with technical products & office applications including Apttus, SharePoint, & Office 365 Teams.
Experience working with Sales teams.
Highly driven individual with an execution focus & a strong sense of urgency.
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed & resourceful.
Ability to manage effectively & efficiently multiple tasks & priorities.
BS/BA degree with business focus preferred.
Experience with cloud software sales, channel sales, business development or IT a plus
Travel <10% as required.
English, both oral & written required.
Tableau experience a plus
