Role Summary/Purpose:
As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at Epicor, you will use your experience to provide assistance to the sales force offering an in-depth knowledge of the business use and technical requirements of our products in order to help close eCommerce sales opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities:
Preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Provide needed business expertise in such processes as wholesale distribution and work flow analysis.
Act as a product and industry expert.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development
Conduct customer or prospect webinars.
35% travel, domestic
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the eCommerce industry
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
Experience of sculpting enterprise-level SaaS deals
Experience selling complex enterprise software
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences
