Title: Solution Engineer – Wholesale Distribution

As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at Epicor, you will use your experience to provide assistance to the sales force offering an in-depth knowledge of the business use and technical requirements of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities.
Preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Provide needed business expertise in such processes as wholesale distribution and work flow analysis.
Act as a product and industry expert liaison between the sales force and customer.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development
Conduct customer or prospect webinars.
35% travel, domestic
Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operations experience as a user of ERP
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
Experience in the wholesale distribution industry
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
