About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Epicor, you will use your experience to provide assistance to the sales force (direct and channel) offering an in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities.
Preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Provide needed business expertise in such processes as financial operations, cost accounting, budgeting and planning, workflow and return on investment analysis
Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product developments
Conduct customer or prospect webinars
40% travel, domestic
Minimum of 5 years of experience of pre-sales within the ERP industry or equivalent operations experience as an user of ERP
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
Experience in the manufacturing industry with an emphasis on financial management
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations
