ERP Program Manager

Leeds / Bradford Area

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic ERP Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large, multi-year UK ERP program to a single Epicor customer, to include the complete end to end. This position will ensure the Epicor ERP centric projects are successfully completed within the defined scope, quality, time schedule and budget. In addition, the Program Manager will help with the continuous strategy for implementations, integration and migrations in EMEA & APAC.

Your role:

The primary role of the ERP Program Manager is to lead, manage and execute the end to end Epicor ERP strategy for implementation, integration and migration.
Responsible for the full life cycle of the project: initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control and completion.
Ensure performance targets are met & aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives; and that projects adhere to best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact available to ensure that roles and responsibilities are successfully met in accordance with the project requirements/deliverables
Plan for resources, deliverables, schedules and communicate tasks and status updates
ERP experience strongly preferred
Liaise with on-site and off-site teams, manage project issues & resolution for business users and stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and guidance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute internal and outsourced projects in adherence to Epicor's processes, procedures and controls as defined by Epicor’s Project Management Methodology and compliance standards while utilizing the available tools and processes.
Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them through the creation of an environment that enables peak performance by team members.
Generate and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans and cost plans
Manage relationships with project stakeholders (internal and external), keeping stakeholders informed and manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
Proactive management of issues and risks, establishing mitigation and contingency plans
Define and monitor success measures and performance metrics
Deliver and continuously seek improvement of the project delivery capabilities and services within the Global ERP Centre of Excellence
Deliver and support global ERP projects in a regulated environment for a diverse and distributed user base while relying on a number of Enterprise shared services

Responsible for all Data Migration and related interviews and workshops
Liaise with on-site and off-site teams, manage project issues & resolution for business users and stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and guidance.
What you bring to the role:

10+ years relevant IT experience as a Program Manager or related role.
Experience with large scale ERP Program/Project Management.
Experience managing 6 or more end-to-end projects in ERP migration or implementation.
Experience guiding and facilitating executive level business decisions and performing business analysis.
Experience with project planning, forecasting, financial tracking, blueprinting, gap analysis, realization, solution deployment, and transition is required.
Preference for the following certifications - Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Location: This role is based in the north of England: ideal location Bradford or Leeds, however applications are welcome from those who live in other locations but are willing to travel to Bradford or Leeds on a daily basis.
